Jake is a new Regional VP of Operations for Encore Senior Living.
Jake began his career in senior care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and progressed to the role of Regional Wellness Director for Encore Senior Living. After an opportunity to serve as interim Vice President of Operations, Jake fell in love with the position and took it on permanently. Today, he leads with a wealth of experience, empathy, and hands-on knowledge gained in his clinical management and direct care roles.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Jake earned his registered nursing license from Anoka-Ramsey College. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hiking, and exploring new places with his wife and child. If he isn’t adventuring with his family, you can find him on the softball diamond, golf course, or basketball court.
Fun Fact: Jake was on the Judge Mathis television show in 2011.
First Job: Jake unloaded trucks and stocked shelves overnight at Target.
