Encore Senior Living Expands . . . Again
This month, Encore Senior Living continues its expansion with the acquisition of five Wisconsin senior living communities, including Hickory Park Senior Living, Greenfield; Countryside Manor, Sheboygan; Bellevue Senior Living, Green Bay; Parkside Senior Living, DeForest; and Parkside Manor, Kenosha. The communities offer a collective 374 units and a combination of independent living, assisted living and memory care, along with a variety of programs, services and amenities so older adults can thrive in the comfort of community with as little or as much assistance as needed.
With the addition of these five communities, Encore Senior Living owns and/or operates 36 senior living communities throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota, with an additional two communities, Countryside of Sussex, Sussex, WI and Waterford Place, Waterford, WI, that are currently in development.
